A delightful experience for luxury clientele
A luxury automotive brand committed to creating compelling vehicles with an exceptional shopping experience to match luxury clients expectations commissioned Jackson Dawson to develop a hospitality inspired training for key client-facing individuals that provide participants with tools to make the shopping experience exceptional. As client development manager I attended hospitality trainings in the U.S. acting as liaison between the marketing agency and the Mexican Ford team helping materialize training programs in Mexico. Due to the success of the initiative these efforts have been expanded to include all dealers.
