I set out to create a web-based mobility and yoga platform that would help adults move better, feel better, and stay consistent long-term. Many wellness apps focus on intense workouts or generic content, leaving people—especially adults 50+—without approachable, supportive guidance for flexibility, balance, strength, and daily body care. Approach I developed Eterna as a guided wellness experience centered on sustainable movement and long-term consistency. I led the full creative process, from defining the brand positioning and user journey to designing screen mockups, planning the site architecture, and organizing the content experience. The platform combines personalized mobility programs, simple daily check-ins, strength and flexibility routines, live sessions, and community support. I also created the visual identity, messaging, promotional materials, email campaign, social media content, and investor pitch deck to support the launch. Design Solution The design direction is calm, clean, and uplifting—created to make users feel supported rather than overwhelmed. The experience emphasizes clarity, ease of navigation, and emotional encouragement, helping users build trust and return consistently. Impact Eterna demonstrates my ability to connect brand strategy, UX thinking, visual design, content, and marketing execution into one cohesive product experience. It also reflects my broader mission: designing human-centered tools that help people feel more capable, confident, and connected to their bodies.
